We stand by transparent, customer-first commercial terms. If your property is deemed structurally unviable during site assessment, or if you change your mind within our cancellation window, we guarantee hassle-free refunds.
Pre-Assessment Advance Booking Refund
When you book a site survey or initiate a initial project reservation with ASERENEWABLES, your advance booking amount is fully protected:
- 100% Full Refund (Within 7 Days): If you cancel your booking within 7 days of payment and prior to material dispatch, 100% of the advance amount will be refunded to your original payment mode with zero cancellation charges.
- Technical Unviability Refund: If our structural engineer determines during site survey that your roof cannot support solar PV mounting structures safely or suffers severe shading that lowers ROI below acceptable thresholds, 100% of your advance payment is immediately refunded.
Order Cancellation Schedule & Deduction Policy
Once material procurement or custom mounting fabrication has commenced, cancellations are processed according to project milestone completion:

Government Subsidy Disbursement (PM Surya Ghar / PM-KUSUM)
Government central and state subsidies under the PM Surya Ghar Muft Bijli Yojana (up to ₹78,000) are disbursed directly by the Ministry of New & Renewable Energy (MNRE) into the beneficiary's bank account via Direct Benefit Transfer (DBT):
- DBT Direct Credit: ASERENEWABLES does not hold or retain your government subsidy. Funds are transferred by National Portal directly to your Aadhaar-linked bank account within 30 business days after DISCOM net-meter inspection.
- Documentation Assistance: If a subsidy claim is delayed due to DISCOM portal discrepancy, our dedicated subsidy desk re-files technical inspection certificates at zero additional charge.
Transit Damage & Component Replacement Policy
All solar panels, grid inverters, and electrical balance-of-system components shipped by ASERENEWABLES are fully insured during transit:
- Transit Damage Guarantee: In the rare event that a panel or inverter arrives with micro-cracks or physical transit damage, we issue immediate replacement from our regional warehouse within 48 to 72 hours at no cost to you.
- DOA (Dead On Arrival) Inverters: Inverters failing initial grid synchronization tests are replaced immediately with a brand new factory unit.

To request a booking refund or cancellation, follow these simple steps:
- Send a Refund Request email to support@aserenewables.com mentioning your Project Reference ID and Booking Receipt.
- Our accounts desk verifies site survey status and milestone logs within 24 hours.
- Approved refund amount is credited directly to your bank account / UPI mode within 5 to 7 business days.
